THIS IS A PRE ENTRY EVENT ONLY.  PRE ENTRY CLOSES SEPTEMBER 24 AT 11.59 PM CENTRAL TIME.

THIS IS A NON SPECTATOR EVENT DUE TO STATE COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS. 

YOU MUST PRACTICE THURSDAY OR FRIDAY AND CAN SIGN UP TO PRACTICE BOTH DAYS.

AHRMA competitors, family and crew must pay for all armbands on-site at Barber from the AHRMA credential area. Armbands are not part of race registrations.  DO NOT contact Barber with questions concerning AHRMA.  All questions should be directed to Tony or Faynisha Pentecost at ahrma@oneracing.org.

All power and camping will be paid for on-site to the Barber credentialing person.  You will be assigned parking spots and will be informed if you are getting a power spot prior to the event. (Parking Assignment form will be online at ahrma.org soon.)

Credential hours / locations:

Wednesday: Barber Motorsports Park, Lot C. Hours - 8:00am - 5:00pm. 5:30pm - 10:00pm Credential building on Barber property.
Thursday: Credential Building on Barber Property Hours - 6:30am - 9:00pm. 
Friday: Credential Building on Barber Property, Hours - 6:30am - 9:00pm
Saturday: Credential Building on Barber Property, Hours - 7:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: Credential Building on Barber Property, Hours - 7:00am - 2:00pm.

Move out: Sunday 2 Hours after conclusion of racing.  ALL must be out of the paddock.

Paddock Space Assignments:

Paddock assignments will be pre assigned.  If you do not fill out form you will not have a spot in the paddock.  Look for upcoming link to Barber Paddock parking on ahrma.org coming soon.

Paddock entry Information

Racers, crew and immediate family must purchase paddock credentials(Armband).  All paddock credentials (armbands) are on-site only and will only be available for sale at the event! 

Camping in the Paddock: 

Camping in the paddock is limited to racers, crew, sponsors, vendors and volunteers only. 

To camp In the Paddock the cost is $25.00 per night ($100.00 for entire event).  Power (if assigned a power spot) is $25.00 per night ($100.00 for entire event). Camping and Electric are separate charges. You will purchase these on-site from Barber Credential person.  

Gas: Fuel is available at the track.

Gate Fee: $40.00 if purchased Wednesday, Thursday or Friday; $30.00 if purchased Saturday; $20.00 if purchased Sunday.  There will be no refund for armband purchases.  If you lose your armband you will have to sign waiver(s) again and pay for a new one.  Each person receiving an armband must sign waiver(s) in person.  You CAN NOT sign for someone else.

HELMET STANDARD: SNELL M2015 IS REQUIRED

BACK PROTECTOR REQUIRED

MUST PROVIDE Personal Medical Insurance Company & Policy Number.   *AHRMA requires that every participant carry personal health insurance; it is wise to consult your individual carrier for coverage details. Jones Birdsong Insurance offers AHRMA members an affordable Rider Accident Medical Plan, which, under competition situations, may offer better coverage than a person’s general health insurance. To purchase an annual plan, call 866.998.3864

TRANSPONDERS ARE REQUIRED! You may rent one from AHRMA during this registration process.  Please note that rented transponders must be returned before leaving racetrack or your authorize AHRMA to charge your credit card for the current market/replacement price of transponder.

Before AHRMA issues a road race number, you must provide proof that within the past two years, you have competed with another road racing organization or have successfully completed a road racing school (please provide a copy of road race license or certificate).
