THURSDAY:  AHRMA Track Day

There will be five run groups for this event:

  1. Beginner
  2. Intermediate
  3. Advanced/Racers
  4. AHRMA Licensed Racers Only
  5. Sidecars - Only if there are at least 5 sidecars pre-entered.

Riders may be moved to a more appropriate class based on control riders’ observations.  

Control Riders:  We are calling for volunteer control riders to work in one of the three non-AHRMA groups to circumvent potential rider problems as our Ambassadors. These volunteers will ride for free in the AHRMA run group. This will be first come based on qualifications until our volunteer control riders need is fulfilled.

FRIDAY NIGHT! TDR Chili Cookoff from 6:30-7:30.  Cash awards, $100 first place, $50 second and $25 third.

SATURDAY:  Race Day

Gate Fee: $40.00/four day; $35.00/three days; $30.00/two days; $20.00/one day.

From Track Management:

  • Track Sound Limit:  103.9db for Vintage
  • Quiet Time:  No race motors. 8:00 pm to 8:00 am everyday. Sunday 11:00 am till 12:00 pm. $100 fine!
  • Keep dogs on leash. Pick up after them. 
  • Don’t leave Tires or Gas cans.

Concessions: Yes.

Camping: Yes. 

NOTE - SUNDAY NIGHT:  Racers will be allowed to stay Sunday night, no camping fee.  However, you must pay for power ($25 for 30 or 50 AMP / $10 for 110 AMP) upon check-in.

Electrical hookups: First come first serve.  Do not call the track ahead of time as you cannot reserve a spot.  Cost for Motorhomes or trailers that require 30 or 50 AMP is $25 per night.  Tent camping $10 per night.  Those not camping but requiring to plug in to 110 is $10 per cord per day.  Tire warmers for bikes are $10 per cord per day.  STICKER MUST BE VISIBLE ON CORD. 

Current Fuel Available:

We have 98 unleaded in 5-gallon pails and 110 LEADED in 5-gallon pails.  Manufacturer and prices will be announced closer to the event.

Track Address: 1135 Roebling Road, Bloomingdale, Georgia 31302 . This address is also for GPS purposes.

PLEASE NOTE - All trailers of any kind are required to take Highway 17 to Roebling Road. Do not use Zeigler Road if you are bringing a trailer.

Directions:

From the Savannah International Airport Take Pooler Bypass to US 80. Turn right on US 80, going west. Continue to traffic light at GA 30/17. Turn right onto GA 17. Roebling Road is the first paved road on the right, approximately 1.5 miles after turning on to GA 17. Follow Roebling Road to the end, track is on the left. 

From Savannah Interstate 16 heading west, take Exit 152, which will be a right turn onto Bloomingdale Road. Bloomingdale Road dead ends at US 80. Turn left onto US 80. Continue to traffic light at GA 30/17. Turn right onto GA 17. Roebling Road is the first paved road on the right, approximately 1.5 miles after turning on to GA 17. Follow Roebling Road to the end, track is on the left.

From Interstate 95 North Take Exit 99B, Interstate 16 west. From there, take Exit 152, Bloomingdale Road. Bloomingdale Road dead ends at US 80. Turn left onto US 80. Continue to traffic light at GA 30/17. Turn right onto GA 17. Roebling Road is the first paved road on the right, approximately 1.5 miles after turning on to GA 17. Follow Roebling Road to the end, track is on the left. 

From Macon Interstate 16 heading east, take Exit 143, Highway 280 to US 80 at Blitchton. Turn right on US 80 at yield sign. Continue on US 80 East to traffic light at GA 30/17. Turn left onto GA 17. Roebling Road is the first paved road on the right, approximately 1.5 miles after turning on to GA 17. Follow Roebling Road to the end, track is on the left.

HELMET STANDARD: SNELL M2015 IS REQUIRED

BACK PROTECTOR REQUIRED

Before AHRMA issues a road race number, you must provide proof that within the past two years, you have competed with another road racing organization or have successfully completed a road racing school (please provide a copy of road race license or certificate).
