TRACK GATE FEE: ALL SPONSORS, PARTICIPANTS AND CREW WILL HAVE TO PAY $5.00 PER DAY GATE FEE IMPOSED BY THE TRACK. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE AHRMA GATE FEE. SPONSORS WILL ONLY PAY TRACK GATE FEE.

THURSDAY Move-In:
Unlike prior years, the track WILL NOT allow entry other than the below stated time; therefore, AHRMA respectfully requests that you arrive at below designated times based on your status.
If you arrive and the staging lot is overflowing, DO NOT turn in as it may be hard to get turned around. You must go to another location in a neighboring town to wait. There is a Walmart within 30 minutes of the track. (DO NOT park on the highway as this is subject to ticketing!)
THURSDAY Move-In:
2:00 pm Volunteers and Staff (Arrive no sooner than 1:30)
2:30 pm Sponsors (Arrive no sooner than 2:00)
3:00 pm all other participants (Arrive no sooner than 2:30)
Credentialing for wristband purchase will be open until 10:00 pm
FRIDAY
Credentialing for wristband purchase will be open from 6:00 am - 10:00 pm
Gates close at 10:00 pm
8:15 am Mandatory Riders Meeting (If you arrive later in the day, please see AHRMA Referee before you go on the track)
7:00 am - 5:00 pm Tech Hours of Operation
7:00 am - 5:00 pm Registration Hours of Operation
7:00 am - 5:00 pm AHRMA Academy of Road Racing. If you did not register online, report to registration at 7:00 am.

RV / Camper / Trailer / Power spots: Power will be charged and collected by TGPR Management at time of service. This is non- negotiable, Credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee. 115V $20.00 per day, 30amp $30.00 per day and 50amp $50.00 per day. All power is first come first serve. Do not call track for reservations.
Gas: Fuel will NOT be available at the track. Please plan ahead and provide your own.
Concessions: TBD
Camping: NON-POWER Spots are available and are free, showers are also available.
Lodging: Oxford, Alabama has a variety of nice hotels, restaurants and shopping malls. Any of these should be within 15 miles of the track with easy access to I-20/Hwy 21 location of the track. HELMET STANDARD: SNELL M2015 IS REQUIRED
BACK PROTECTOR REQUIRED
MUST PROVIDE Personal Medical Insurance Company & Policy Number. *AHRMA requires that every participant carry personal health insurance; it is wise to consult your individual carrier for coverage details. Jones Birdsong Insurance offers AHRMA members an affordable Rider Accident Medical Plan, which, under competition situations, may offer better coverage than a person’s general health insurance. TRANSPONDERS ARE REQUIRED! To rent a transponder, please add it to the registration.

Before AHRMA issues a road race number, you must sign up to race and provide proof that within the past two years, you have competed with another road racing organization or have successfully completed a road racing school (please provide a copy of road race license or certificate).
