Enjoy a Delicious, Bountiful Northern New Mexican Buffet including Smoked Beef Brisket, Teriyaki-glazed Salmon, and Vegetable Lasagna, plus all the fixin's and dessert, Cash Bar. Events will include a Porsche trivia contest; drawings for Door Prizes, Grand Prize, and Grand Prize runner-up; and Recognitions.
$50/Person – Registration begins November 3rd.
Please be sure to register by December 3rd. Registration will be capped at 120 people.
December 3rd is a hard deadline to register for this event. If you do not have a MortorsportsReg.com account, we strongly suggest you set one up, because we will ALWAYS be using MSR for future events. We will make an exception for this event, however. You can send payment ($50/person) and names of attendees to PCA-RRR P.O. Box 92113, Albuquerque, NM 87199 by November 30th.
PARKING Parking is free and will be in a special access controlled covered area for our group’s use only. It is located east of the front entrance to the Hotel and is recognizable by the large array of solar panels that provide a cover over the vehicles parked under them..
For those wishing to stay overnight (on 12/15 and/or 12/16), Santa Ana Star Casino-Hotel has provided us with a special room rate of $151. Please contact the hotel directly at 1-844-466-2378. The PCA-RRR Board has selected the New Mexico Veteran’s Integration Center as this year’s holiday charity, a 501(c)3 tax deductible charitable organization whose mission is to enable Veteran’s and their families achieve stable housing, financial security and a renewed sense of community. Donations to NMVIC help provide vital services to Veterans and their families, including emergency, transitional and rapid re-housing, placement assistance, case management, mental health counseling, clothing, a food pantry and a community shuttle. Representative’s of NMVIC, including their CEO, will be present at a special information table during our holiday luncheon to provide additional information and to accept donations. Donations by cash, check or new clothing (men’s/women’s shirts, jeans, pants, winter coats, hats and gloves of all types and sizes), will be gladly accepted and a tax deductible receipt will be provided. In addition to some great door prize drawings that every attendee will be automatically entered into, there will be a special drawing for a Grand Prize and Grand Prize runner-up; tickets for this unique drawing will be sold separately for $5 per ticket and all proceeds will go to the New Mexico Veterans Integration Center.
Only Roadrunner members may register for the Holiday Luncheon. The primary member may bring one guest. The first 120 registrants who indicate that they would like to participate will be confirmed.
