2026 PCA-RMR Grand Loop Colorado Tour
DATES: July 12 to July 16, 2026
Arrival Time: 8 am at Bevy's Liquor 5869 S Alkire St, Littleton, CO 80127

Cost: $60 per person and will include a Pizza Party at the hotel on the 4th evening.

Join us on a special Grand Loop of Colorado in July, visiting the scenic San Juan Mountains as well as the Upper Arkansas Valley, Independence Pass and Aspen. Please pack a picnic lunch to be eaten during the drive on Sunday.
We start with a scenic drive to Durango on Sunday, July 12, where we stay at the Fairfield Durango for 2 nights. A block of rooms has been reserved at the rate of $197/night for a king room, and $188/night for a 2 queen bedroom.
On Monday you are free to visit a number of great sites nearby, including Mesa Verde National Park, the Million Dollar Highway to Silverton and Ouray, and Telluride. An informal drive up the Million Dollar Highway will be led, ending at Strong Brewery, a beautifully restored historic stone building in Telluride https://www.stronghousebrewpub.com (individual checks).
The Durango/Silverton train is located fairly close to the hotel. If you want to do this on Day Two, you should make reservations well in advance at https://durangotrain.com/.
On Tuesday morning we head to the Arkansas Valley to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Salida for 2 nights. We have reserved a block of rooms for the special rate of $222 per night. On Wednesday you are free to explore the local area of Salida and Buena Vista or join an informal drive over Independence Pass to Aspen, where we will have lunch (individual checks). On Wednesday night we will have a pizza party at the hotel from PizzaRioSalida.com. The pizza chef has received numerous awards. This is not Domino’s pizza!
You will receive information regarding making hotel reservations when your registration is confirmed. You will also be asked to choose your favorite pizza when your registration is confirmed.

Accommodations: RMR made arrangement for rooms for the Fairfield Durango for 2 nights, and the Hampton Inn & Suites in Salida for 2 nights. After you register for the tour, you will receive the group codes and contact numbers to call for your hotel reservations These rooms will go fast! The group hotel rates expire June 10, 2026 so make your reservations as soon as possible. Note the cancellation policy for each hotel when you make your reservation.

Event requirements
If there are minor children (under 18 years old) you will need to have one parent(s) or guardian(s) fill out and sign a minor waiver. The minor waiver form can be found at: http://www.pca.org/resource/waiver-minors Print the form in color. These forms will also be available at registration. At least one of the parents or guardians must attend the event. No exceptions.
The driver must be 18 or older.
