About this event
As an integral part of the Northern California road racing scene since 1957, our motto, “dedicated to the safety, quality, and enhancement of the San Francisco Region racing experience”, says it all; we are about service and support to the racer and worker community.
You can find us at each of our three Northern California tracks, Laguna Seca, Infineon, and of course Thunderhill, working upfront to make each event the very best in amateur road racing.
2015 memberships are $35 until July 1st, when the price goes up to $55.
Driving Spouse memberships are $20
San Francisco Region SCCA Drivers School Graduates are FREE until July 1st. After that, membership goes to $55
Associate memberships are free
All memberships expire after the last SF Region event of the year.
We welcome you into the RDC. All licensed competition drivers are eligible to become a Full Member. Anyone with an interest in road racing (you do not have to be an SCCA member) is invited to become an Associate Member.
Event requirements
Note that points earned as an RDC member are not retroactive, the earlier you join each year, the more points you receive in our series.
All memberships expire at the end of each year. Also, you must be a Full Member to enter the RDC Illgen Enduro in October, and to receive any driver awards given out under RDC programs throughout the season.
