The Ford Special Vehicle Team Owners Association Putnam Park On-Track! We are offering an unbelievable opportunity to owners of Performance street cars to drive their vehicles at the Putnam Park Raceway. Space is limited and being filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so time is of the essence. With approx 2 hours of track time PER DAY this event is sure to please all the Track Dawgs out there! Non-Ford vehicles are welcome at this event!

What: SVTOA On-Track High Performance Drivers Education
When: June 10-11, 2006
Where: Putnam Park Raceway, Meridian, IN
Registration Preregistration Deadline: June 6, 2006 .
Cost - $275 for 2 days of track time with approx 2 hours of track time per day!
SVTOA On-Track events are designed to be educational as well as exciting. You'll be able to tune up your driving skills with classroom and trackside instruction provided many instructors to help you hone those skills. If you have never been on track before this is a great way to start as the novice group has both classroom time to explain the basics and an instructor that will ride with you.
This event is one of several Regional On Track events SVTOA will hold this year. SVTOA On Track events allow participants to unleash the power and performance of their Performance products in a safe, responsible yet thrilling fashion.
With all that excitement there is even more. American V8 will be conducting points during the event giving you the opportunity to watch the pro’s in action for free. You will be able to mingle with the drivers and see there race cars. Learn more about American V8 www.av8ss.com
If you were wondering…? This will not effect your track time. This is independent of SVTOA On-Track
Activities Planned
Friday, June 9th -- The festivities will start with sign-in, early tech inspection at a local hotel!
Saturday, June 10th – Start off with a quick ground school followed by track time all day.
Sunday, June 11th -- It's Open Track all day long!
Sunday, American V8 Sanctioned points race.
If you are not the type to put you car on the track come on out anyway ato see the great cars or just come to watch the AV8SS Race.
We will again be having the Track Dawg Challenge and if you sign up for Autobahn, Gingerman and Putnam you will be entered in a raffle to win back your entry fees as well as a few other prices that we are working on. Stay tuned for more info!

Event requirements
We have some basic requirements for this event:
- Drivers must be 18 years old or older with a valid Drivers license.
- All participating vehicles must be properly insured and pass tech/safety inspection. Items to be checked will be included in the pre-event checklist. Tech Form Must Be filled out Prior to arriving at Tech Inspection
- Helmets required for Road Course.
- Helmets must be labeled SA95 or newer. No motorcycle helmets. (a limited supply of loaner helmets will be on hand)
- Convertibles are required to have a ROLL BAR
- Rain or Shine Event
- Long Sleeve Shirt Required (All Cotton preferred)
- Long Pants Required
