Join the Porsche Touring Crew on Wednesday, May 31st at 11:00 AM as they venture to Café Chocolade, a locally owned business with a European feel.  Café Chocolade serves delicious made from scratch dishes by Chef James R. Kaufmann, certified executive pastry chef and certified culinary educator.  Mr. Kaufmann is a well-traveled and talented chef accumulating his culinary experience from his time in California, France, Hungary, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany and Canada. 

Mr. Kaufmann’s menu accommodates many food preferences and restrictions pleasing all palates.  He’s especially known for offering a variety of tasty gluten-free options.  He’s won a number of awards throughout his career with many of those recognitions admiring his pastries and sweets.  Locally, his talents have been recognized by Pittsburgh Magazine’s Best of the ‘Burgh.

While there is no cost to attend (lunch is on your own dime), all participants MUST REGISTER so that we can provide a seating count for the cafe.
