Porsche Prom: Humphreys HalfMoon Bay-Sat 1/14/23

Come one, come all, come join your PCASDR Friends to Celebrate a Night to Remember on Saturday, January 14 at our Annual "Porsche Prom" Formal Installation Dinner, where we say "Farewell" to the 2022 Board of Directors, and welcome in the new 2023 Board! 

Our Celebration will be held at Humphrey's Half Moon Bay on Shelter Island overlooking the harbor, with stunning views and legendary food. The restaurant is ours for the night-- to toast, dine, and dance the night away! 

We'll start at 6:30 with complimentary beer or wine, then sit down to dinner at 7:15, starting with Arugula Salad with Blue Cheese, Candied Walnuts, and Red Wine Vinaigrette (V upon request). Next, you'll have your choice of Humphrey's famous Macadamia-Crusted Halibut with Saffron Basmati Rice, Mandarin Segments, Asparagus, & Mirin-Ginger Sauce OR Beef Short Ribs with Parsnip Puree, Roasted Asparagus, & Mushroom Demi-Glace OR Mushroom Risotto with Wild Mushrooms, Ricotta, Truffle Essence, and Chives (Veg, GF; V upon request). Dessert will be Humphrey's delectable Chocolate Blackout Cake, or Fresh Berries (upon request; V). Red and white wine will accompany dinner.  After dinner, The Whole Sha-Bang Band will get you up off your feet! These peeps really know how to rock, so bring your dancing shoes!!
