About this event
Hello guys and gals, welcome to Peterborough Motorsports Club first event of 2020!
In light of the COVID19 pandemic, we will certainly have a lot of changes and new protocols put in place. This will ensure that everyone is able to enjoy their day safely and we can easily follow the guidelines put in place for racing during this interesting time.
First off, we will be holding this event at a brand new venue. The owner of Peterborough Speedway has graciously allowed us to use the oval as we are still in talks with our usual venue, Kawartha Downs. Understandably, not everywhere is ready to reopen.
Physical distancing measures will be in place to ensure everyone's safety. Grandstands will be off limits, and the concessions will be closed. Please bring your own lunch! There will be a portable bathroom on site for us to use. Spectators are NOT permitted. Ride alongs are NOT permitted. We will NOT have loaner helmets. Please bring your own! Masks are recommended, and we strongly advise to bring your own hand sanitizer. Track walk will be allowed while socially distancing.
Gates will open at 9:30AM and closed at 11AM and will be closed to entrants at that point. First car will run at 11:30AM

With that being said, we are extremely excited to get back on track and have some great safe competition!

This form MUST be brought with you and handed in at the gate on Sunday morning, filled out. This is your general insurance waiver.
What you MUST bring to the event:
Pen in case you need to write anything
Hand sanitizer, masks, gloves
Food and water, as there are no nearby facilities at the venue
During registration, if you do not know your vehicle class do not worry. We will class you the day of the event.
Payment for event will be via e-transfer as we have come up quickly on this event and we are using online registration for the first time, still ironing out the kinks; we apologize for that.
