Join us for a 4 course holiday dinner adventure paired with wine and chocolates at Dallmann Confections on December 11th at 5pm. Sommelier and professionally trained Chef and Sommelier Jayson Knack will be joining us to prepare a delicious 4 course light dinner consisting of soup, salad, main course and dessert, paired with wine. The menu will consist of:
BABY KALE, ARUGULA, PICKLED FENNEL, MANDARIN SALAD ~ PAIRED WITH SPARKLING WINE
24 HOUR CARAMELIZED ONION SOUP, RYE CROUTON, NOORD HOLLANDER ~ PAIRED WITH CHARDONNAY
SOUS VIDE BEEF CHUCK, ROBUCHON POTATO PUREE, PEARL ONIONS, MICRO GREENS ~ PAIRED WITH RED WINE
ASSORTED CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES ~ PAIRED WITH DESSERT WINE
The cost of admission is $85 per person. This includes an educational experience with chocolatier owner Isabella of Dallmann Confections, dinner, wine pairing, chocolate tasting, an educational experience with Master Chef and Sommelier Jayson Knack… AND the company of like minded Porsche enthusiasts. Dallmann is located at Seaport Village at the newly renovated “Headquarters,” formerly the old police station in San Diego. The Headquarters is now home to many boutique shops and restaurants. Come early and explore!
