We’re thrilled to have you join us for one of the most exciting motorsports experiences of the year! Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or just dipping your toes in for the first time, you’re in the right place. Welcome to the Ohio Valley Region SCCA’s Annual Time Trials event!
On August 7, 2026, OVR SCCA invites you to experience a day behind the scenes at the track in a fun and safe environment at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio. Volunteering at an SCCA event is a great way to give back to the racing community while enjoying a hands-on motorsports experience up close. Volunteer opportunities for Time Trials are open to all—no prior experience required!

While Time Trials and Track Events showcase street-licensed and closed-wheel cars on track, none of it would be possible without the dedicated volunteers who make the event run safely and smoothly. We will not be running a race car class this year, but we still need a full team of workers to support this high-energy event.
Why Volunteer?
Volunteering with SCCA is a rewarding way to get involved in motorsports—no prior experience required. Whether you're working trackside, helping with grid operations, or supporting event logistics, you’ll be right in the middle of the action while helping ensure a safe and successful event.

What Is an SCCA Time Trial?
A Time Trial is similar to a track day, but with a competitive timing element. Drivers test both their skills and their cars in pursuit of the best lap times, trophies, and prizes—all in a controlled and safety-focused environment.

Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course Online Speed Waiver:
This waiver is required for anyone coming onto the premises and must be filled out before arriving to the track.
