A member of the event team will follow up with your role assignment and event-specific details
Volunteers should plan to arrive early and attend both:
- Volunteer Meeting: 7:30–7:45 AM (Garage 7 Area)
- Driver/Worker Meeting: 8:00 AM (Garage 7 Area)

This waiver is required for anyone coming onto the premises and must be filled out before arriving to the track.

✅ Event Day Overview (Volunteers)

Gate Opens / Registration: 6:00 AM (Gate 3)
Tech: 6:00–8:00 AM (Garage 7 area)
Volunteer Meeting: 7:30–7:45 AM
Mandatory Driver/Worker Meeting: 8:00 AM
On-track activity begins immediately after the driver’s meeting

📍 Arrival Instructions:
Enter through Gate 3, and stop at the first registration building to check in and receive your wristband. Afterward, proceed as directed for event setup and your assigned position.

Lunch will be provided
Light breakfast items (donuts, etc.) will be available
Water will be provided—please stay hydrated!
This event runs rain or shine, so plan accordingly
