The Rolling Stones released "Ruby Tuesday" around the same time as car dealers started selling the 1968 BMW 2002. One can imagine hearing this groovy song on the Blaupunkt or Becker radio in their 2002, as David E. Davis Jr. so acerbically described in his article "Turn your Hymnals to 2002" in the January 1970 issue of Car and Driver magazine.
Ruby Tuesday of Beaverton features a great salad bar and a full menu, offering one of the best casual American dining experiences around. Try at least two of their Mini Sliders. Minis tend to stay together like that. The restaurant overlooks a manmade lake with a fountain. The summer weather should make for a great dinner social! Remember to register soon.
