In Conjunction with October Fest Double Regional Race - 2024 SWRRC Points Eligible

Oct 27-29, 2023 Participant Insurance provided per the SCCA Master Plan.
Track Hot 8:00am - 5:00pm with break for lunch.

IMPORTANT TO REGISTER EARLY AND START THE PRE-EVENT PROCESS!
REGISTRATION CLOSES (1) WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT! If you have missed this deadline contact txregionsccarace@gmail.com, so we can determine what is possible!
Please register here for the event prior to completing the other steps, so that we can be aware that you intend to attend the school and we can help with the process. Your credit card will not be charged at this time
1. JOIN SCCA
2. Submit Novice Permit Application, Sports Physical (on SCCA Form), and Digital Liability Waiver.
3. Take SCCA Online Driver's School prior to event.
ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WITH DETAILED INFORMATION AND GUIDED THROUGH THE PROCESS.

ENTRY FEES: Entry Fee for the three-day Driver School is $800.00
All entries received prior to Oct 11, 2023 at 11:59 PM will receive a $50 EARLY BIRD discount as a token of our appreciation.
AT TRACK ACCOMODATIONS: The Retreat is the newest addition to the growing Eagles Canyon Raceway campus. The rooms are well furnished, equipped and comfortable. Click here for more information and to book. These will fill up fast.
