ATTENTION:

• Registering for this event will automatically put you on the wait-list
  • Your registration must then be approved by the organizers in order to participate
  • You will not be charged for the event until you have been approved
• NE-SVT membership is required to register: NE-SVT 2026 Membership
• The registration fee is $250
• You may cancel your registration for a full refund within 7 days of signing up for this event
• If you cancel after 7 days have passed, you may sell your spot to someone else but we cannot offer refunds. Buying an entry from someone who has cancelled does not guarantee approval to participate, please contact the organizers before selling/buying an entry to/from another participant
• We run rain or shine. We only stop for lightning (and not the SVT kind!)

Vehicle Requirements:

• Street and dedicated track cars are welcome!
• SUVs are not welcome!
• Covertibles manufactured prior to 2006 must have a roll bar (not a style bar)
  • The roll bar must, at a minimum, consist of a main hoop and diagonal placed behind the driver and supplemented by two braces
  • The top of the roll bar must be above the top of the driver’s helmet when the driver is in normal driving position
• An NE-SVT self-tech form must be submitted during check-in: https://ne-svt.org/selftech.pdf. To summarize:
  • Your vehicle must be mechanically sound
  • If your car leaks fluid(s), it is not permitted
  • Any other safety concerns also mean your vehicle is not permitted

Run Groups:

• There will be 3-4 run groups
• Your run group assignment will be based on your experience, pace and track manners
• Run groups may be adjusted (or combined) throughout the day to maintain a safe and enjoyable time for everyone

Passing Rules:

• Point-by only in every run group
• Passing zones will vary by run group (specific locations will be covered during the driver's meeting)
• Passing should be predicatable, courteous and never a surprise!

Schedule:

• 7AM - Gates Open
• 8:30AM - Mandatory driver's meeting
• 9AM - Group A
• 9:20AM - Group B
• 9:40AM - Group C
  • The run groups will continue rotating in the same order throughout the morning
• 11:40AM - 12:40PM - Pizza Lunch (track is cold during this time)
• 12:40PM - TBD Afternoon run groups continue in the same order as the morning
• TBD - Track is cold/event is complete

One Last Thing:

NE-SVT prioritizes our community (the people) over the lap times. Please keep the following in mind when you consider registering and when you are attending this event:

If your goal is to set a track record while aggressively threading traffic, there are other clubs and events that may be a better fit for you.

If your goal is to spend a day driving with great people, eating pizza, and having a blast then you have come to the right place!
