Track Services/ F&C Meetings:
It has been asked that all RSI memebers attend the first 5-10 minutes of the Track Services meeting to show solidarity among the two volunteer groups. The Track Services meeting will be held at the campground pavilion. We can then migrate to Maury Starr's campsite for the official F&C meeting. See event documents for map of campground for location of the pavilion, Maury's campsite, and the "Radio Shack" where we will pick up our equipment.
Cross Overs:
Please consider doing Cross-overs for either Saturday and/or Sunday. This volunteer job helps monitor spectator foot traffic crossing the racetrack at specific cross points, and ensures a safe track for VIP and Pace Car rides. For anyone interested in doing Cross-overs, please meet Maury at his camper at 6:30am on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday's Cross-overs hours are from 7:30am-9:30am and Sunday's hours are 7:30am-1:30pm.
Guest Passes:
As workers for the event, members are allowed to bring one (1) guest in for the event. RSI needs to submit a list of members AND their guest's name to WGI Gate 2 two weeks prior to the event. Guest's name MUST match what is listed on Gate 2's list. Either claim your guest pass during the sign up process, or see Mark Turner to submit your guest's name. Guests MUST pick up their guest pass at Gate 2 Lane 1 ONLY.

Friday 5:00pm: Chicken Speedie Sandwiches
Saturday: 12:00pm Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Saturday Evening: Dinner at Pavilion, menu was not provided.
