About this event
The Rally Cross & Trail Rides will now be on Saturday & Sunday!
With the help of Troy de la Houssaye, NOLA Motorsports Park has revived the 1-mile off road course. We have received approval to operate an off road Rally Cross event with NASA Sanctioning. The event will be held on Saturday & Sunday, April 8th & 9th which is the same weekend as the HPDE and Race. NASA membership is required. Along with the rally practice, several miles of trails will be available to drive your off road vehicle.
Here are the basics
Cars must meet the same technical requirements as NASA HPDE. Click here for the Tech Form. It is recommended that the tech inspection be performed by a shop, however the car owner may perform a self-inspection. Please bring the complete form to registration when you check in at the track.
Rally Course Rules
Cars will run solo on the 1 mile course for 3 to 5 laps depending on the number of entries. This is not a competition and there will be no official timing. The total number of runs will be determined after registration is closed. Helmets and seat belts are required. Passengers are not allowed.
Trail Ride Rules
These are tree lined trails and very technical.15 MPH speed limit. Helmets are not required. Passengers are allowed.
Anyone tracking mud on the paved paddock area will be charged for the clean up. A wash area will be available near the course exit.
