Parking
Please see the attached map. All support vehicles / non essential vehicles may be
parked in the designated support zones directly south of the paddock. Please note, all
open trailers, and trailers that are NOT needed in the paddock will be directed to these
zones. The trailer parking is roughly 30 feet from the paddock to ensure easy access to
any items stored in and on trailers.
RV’s / campers will be parked outside of the paddock space about 60 feet from the
paddock. You will be directed by staff on where to park.
This will be a SOLD OUT event, so we ask you to use the minimal amount of space
necessary. Please do not attempt to circumvent the parking staff while we try to park
you as tightly as possible to ensure EVERYONE fits. By voluntarily parking your trailer
in the overflow for us, you are doing a big part to make this event happen! Thank you
for understanding.
Camping
Camping is allowed this year, and as always with all NASA / multi day events, we
appreciate it if you purchase the camping passes available to offset the cost of security,
extra porta potties, and keeping the gates open late for you!
If you purchased an RV pass, you do not need camping passes on top. Only one RV
pass is needed per a vehicle (think of it as a parking pass).
Camping is dry (no hookups). Please no fire unless in a Propane fueled enclosure. It
will be cold so pack warm!
Load in/out information
Out of state racers: You MAY load in as early as Thursday 1/29 at noon. Please do
NOT park your vehicles without assistance from staff.
In state racers: We HIGHLY recommend you arrive at the track between 9am and 9pm
Friday 1/30. Saturday will be VERY busy and this extra effort I assure you will save you
immense amounts of energy and frustration. Please do NOT park your vehicles without
assistance from staff.
On Sunday, you may load out as necessary. Please consider staying as late as
possible even if you’re finished for the weekend to reduce movement in the paddock
while spectators are present.
Practice
If you purchased Friday PRACTICE, the track will go hot at 10am
Friday. The track will rotate every 20 minutes from Open Wheel / Rush, Sedans (race,
tt, time attack) and motorcycles (if present). Please keep an eye on the Podium Club
schedule board located at Grid hanging from the conex for changes. This should give
you 2-3 hours of potential seat time if you’re on site on time.
If you did NOT prepurchase practice, it will be available via payment directly to the track
Fuel
Fuel is available on site from the racetrack in 94, 100, and 110 Octane
E85 will be available from WDL Racing on site in 54 gallon drums, or pumped by the
gallon (while supplies last). I would suggest pre-purchasing a drum if you are relying on
availability on site.
Florence BLVD has several E85 stations if you are looking for alternatives. These
stations also have Diesel and 91 octane.
Food
We have 7 food trucks attending the event so please consider purchasing meals from
these folks.
Catalyst Crafted ales will be on site serving as well, but please note, if you purchase a
beverage, your drivers wristband will be cut off and you’ll need a new one for day 2.
Water will be available in the drivers lounge.
Catalyst Crafted ales will give each and every registered DRIVER a complimentary can
of the SWSF Hazy IPA. Please note this will be AFTER the Time Attack on Saturday
only.
Pet Policy
Please no animals on site UNLESS they are a registered and MARKED service animal
(not ESA).
Spectators
This is a spectator centric event so please be mindful of where your belongings are, and
toolboxes etc. The general public will be milling around and wanting to talk to you and
we encourage interactions, and while we’d like to believe everyone is honest, lets do
our best to take care of our belongings. Not using the tools? Put them away!
Crew Passes
There are no crew passes this year. Instead of building passes into the entry price, we
have lowered the entry price to allow your friends and crew to simply purchase a
spectator ticket as a crew pass. Please use code SWSF2026 when checking out as it is
cheaper than the gate price. This code will NOT be usable at the gate.
Entertainment
We will have High 90’s back again this year along with Blink 180TRUE - Get ready to
relive your 90’s golden years of rock and punk! We also will be showing the 24 hours of
Daytona in the food corral when other activities are not planned so feel free to enjoy one
of our brand new picnic tables and cheer on racers across the country!
Autism Fun Run! If you would like to participate, we would HIGHLY encourage it! The
kids love running with racers last year and your help making this a success is vital! It
will happen around lunch time! Please sign up here
