Track

  • Track Configuration (Sat AM) - "Full School Main Track (faster T1, no "Kidney Bean")" with "The Looper" (CCW)

For contingency purposes, only the races and sessions in the morning that include "the looper" will be eligible for contingency awards.

  • Fri: Starts at 4-9PM
  • Sat: 6AM-5PM

Waiver

Anyone entering the facility that did NOT sign the NASA digital waiver will need to stop at the front gate. If no one is present please do this at Driver Info prior to the Sat morning Drivers Meeting.

“What time do I need to show up?”

This is the #1 question we are asked, especially by the folks new to NASA. See the event schedule (below or attached) for exact times but we recommend 45-60 mins prior to the drivers meeting (@ 7:30AM) to allow enough time to find a spot, check in with Driver Info (if you’re HPDE1) and get your car through tech and any other last min items before the drivers meeting.

Driver Information - The place to get any questions answered!

  • Location: Near the start finish line of the track under the covered awnings
  • Self-Serve Forms: A small black plastic file cabinet is located on the table to grab whatever you need (Ex: tech sheets, track maps, flag FAQ, etc).
  • Schedule: Printed schedules will be in the small white plastic cabinet
  • Check-In / Packets: If you are pre-registered there is no need to "Check-In" and we do not distribute a "Packet". Just show up at the Drivers Meeting and we will give you your driving credential wrist band at the morning breakout sessions
