RETURNING FOR 2024!
Madison Sports Car Club now offers membership renewal and new memberships on MotorsportReg with just a couple of clicks! (A few more if you don't yet have an MSR account.) Much easier than mailing-in, writing a check or sending a PayPal, it may be the easiest thing you do today. 2024 Membership is valid through December 31, 2024.
MSCC has several categories of membership:
Full, $50: the whole kielbasa and most common membership. Includes competition privileges in MSCC and in Midwestern Council.
Spousal, $25: for when your partner also races. Includes competition privileges.
Junior Competition, $25: 12 to 17 year-old child membership when a parent holds a full membership. Includes competition privileges.
Dual, $25: Current members of another Midwestern Council club can choose this option for a secondary MSCC membership
Family, $5: Other family members who want to hang out, but not compete. Gets you a nametag, membership card and a hearty welcome at all events. (Last year this included 12 younger children, several proud parents and 2 dogs.)
Membership has its privileges:
- Racin’ Like It Oughta Be, at Blackhawk Farms, Milwaukee Mile, GingerMan, Grattan and RoadAmerica!
- Special meetings at interesting gear-head places around town
- Club Nights Out for slot-car racing, gear-head movies, local races etc. Always looking for suggestions on what might be fun!
- Your chance to socialize with professional, semi-professional and amateur party goers, like yourself
- Membership and competition privileges in the Midwestern Council of Sports Car Clubs
- Membership discounts on High Speed Autocrosses and Parking Lot Autocrosses
- Discounts at participating businesses
Membership is open to anyone, all are welcome! We are a friendly and laid-back bunch. Members range in age from a few months to 90+ years.
Those 8 and up may compete in Junior Karts in our Parking Lot Autocross series.
Those 16 to 17 may compete in on-track events with a waiver signed by parent or guardian, and the parent or guardian present.
There is a special drawing at the Dec. 11 MSCC banquet at Holiday Inn for renewed 2025 members by that date only. This year we are giving away one of the few remaining Stirling Moss posters from our 50th Anniversary gala in 2005, nicely framed and signed by both Sir Stirling and the artist Kane Rogers.
Madison Sports Car Club (MSCC) is a proud member of Midwestern Council of Sports Car Clubs (MCSCC or MC), a group of seven enthusiast clubs in the upper Midwest which sponsors drivers schools, club racing, high-speed and parking-lot autocrosses, track days and social events. Search "MC" on MotorsportReg for a full listing. You don't have to own a sports car to have fun!
