Hello MSSD Fans! Welcome to the 11th Annual MINIs Slay the Sleeping Dragon!

MINIs Slay the Sleeping Dragon is a gathering of MINIs old and new at picturesque Fontana Village in Deals Gap, NC. Masses of MINIs will be attending to Slay the Dragon! We have a group rate on a block of lodge rooms and a number of cabins (see confimation page).
This year's event will include a BBQ dinner on Friday evening sponsored by Flow MINI of Raleigh and the Tar Heel MINI Motoring Club. We will be holding the dinner and door prize drawing at a member's cabin in Fontana Village (cabin number to be determined). There will time for fellowship and driving! Plans are in the works now for some Saturday FUN! There will be something for everyone!
PRE-REGISTRATION is very important. It will let us know how many cars to plan for. It will also allow us to send out important information by email all those who register as the event gets closer. If you are at least 75% sure you are coming, please register today, you can always cancel at a later date.
Shirts for this event are to be pre-paid during registration. The cut-off date to purchase shirts is September 11th. You will pick up your shirts Friday night at the BBQ dinner or at Fontana Village during the weekend.
This Event is will have a charge of $6/person (12 and older) to help with the food, drinks, and logistics of the BBQ dinner on Friday night! Please bring your cash with you to help out this event.
Will you be bringing more than one MINI? You will be able to "add another vehicle" in your account after you complete the registration.

Event requirements
There is a $6/(person over 12) fee to attend MSSD. This will be collected at the BBQ dinner Friday night at cabin i#501 in Fontana Village. This year's event will be sponsored by Flow MINI of Raleigh and the Tar Heel MINI Motoring Club. We will be holding the dinner and door prize drawing at our club president's cabin (#501) in Fontana Village. There will time for fellowship and driving! Plans are in the works now for some Saturday FUN! There will be something for everyone!
T-Shirts will be handed out at Friday's BBQ dinner. All men's and kid's shirts are regular cut, the ladies shirts are all women's cut. All T-shirts have been ordered so orders are closed. We did order some extras in both men's and women's cuts. These will be available first come first serve.
