Drive & Dine to The Mimslyn Inn - Luray, VA
Join us in early April for our first Drive & Dine event of the year!
When: Saturday, April 4, departing in the morning from the Haymarket, VA area.
Where: Rally point and event details will be provided to confirmed participants.
What: We are taking a scenic drive through Northern Virginia back roads past fields and farms, water and woods, through the mountains to Luray, VA for our second visit to the Mimslyn Inn.
Costs and Arrangements: Cost is $87 per person which includes lunch, tax, gratuity, and service fees.
Menu: The menu features a gourmet lunch using fresh ingredients and local produce. Each entree includes dinner rolls, salad, seasonal vegetables, water, tea, coffee and dessert.

ENTREE SELECTIONS:
- Roasted Herb Rubbed Sliced Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Demi Glaze and Whipped Potatoes
- Seared Salmon Filet with French Mustard Cream and Roasted Potatoes
- Butternut Squash Ravioli with Portabella Cream Sauce and Wild Rice Pilaf
DESSERT SELECTIONS:
- Cream Brule Cheesecake
- Chocolate Torte
Event requirements
PAYMENT: When you register you will not initially be charged the $87 per person fee. We will charge your credit card approximately two weeks prior to the event. After your credit card has been charged, no refunds will be given unless we are able to confirm another guest from the waitlist is able to take your place.
- PCA Potomac only accepts credit cards for payment. You are responsible for maintaining VALID CREDIT CARD INFORMATION in your MSR profile.
- Billing problems result in notification by email with limited time to resolve due to the short billing cycles. If the issue is not resolved, you may be canceled from the event.
- Credit card and billing information uses secure connections and is protected by MotorSportReg.com. You are the only person who has access to your card number. We only see the last four digits for billing purposes.
APPLICATIONS/ACCEPTANCE
- Registrants will be limited to two people per party so we can maximize the number of participants.
- Registrants will initially be listed as “New” or "Waitlisted" if the event is filled. Your spot is secured when your status has been updated to "Confirmed."
- Is your profile up-to-date? Only registrants who have a valid PCA membership number on file in MotorsportReg will be confirmed. Please check your profile.
- Formal notification of acceptance into the event will be sent via email. You are responsible for updating your profile in motorsportreg.com (MSR) website to include your current contact information.
- If you haven’t received any notification, check the MSR website for your status.
- PCA Potomac Drive & Dine rules will be followed for the safety of all participants. (Discussed at the drivers’ briefing).
- An electronic version of the Drive & Dine rules, maps, and directions will be emailed to the email on-file with MSReg. You will be responsible for printing as needed.
SPEEDWAIVER - All participants, including drivers and guests, must agree to and sign the electronic SpeedWaiver form. All waivers must be signed 7 days prior to the event.
- The primary member will receive a text message to complete a virtual waiver via their smartphone.
- Guest/passengers will need to complete the speedwaiver using a separate link. Please check your conformation email for the link.
- Primary members are responsible for sending the Speedwaiver link to their guests.
- For children riding along on the scenic drive, you must also complete this form: Minor_and_Parent_Form-WAIVER-PCA2009 (2).pdf. Please notify the D&D Chairs prior to the event if you will have a minor in attendance. Bring the completed form with you to the event or email it to the event host.
EVENT Cancellation
- Cancellation must be made no later than March 18, 2026, to get a full refund. If you cancel March 19th or after, you will be issued a refund ONLY if we can fill your spot from someone on the waitlist..
- If you must cancel, please cancel as soon as possible to allow others from the waitlist to attend.
- If you cannot cancel online, you must notify the Dine and Drive Program by email and receive an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT by email to verify you have been canceled.
