About this event
ONLINE REGISTRATION & COST:
Online registration starts 3 weeks prior to the event and closes at 11:59 pm on the Friday before the event. The registration link will be posted here, when available. Any non-member that participate in 3 paid autocross events during 2021 at the non-member fee will be eligible to receive a paid 1-year BMW CCA Membership. Cost is $49 for member, $65 for non-members.
ONSITE REGISTRATION & COST:
We will accept credit card payments on-site, if maximum capacity has NOT been reached. There will be no on-site registration day of the event.
Everyone at the event must sign the waiver(s) and receive a wrist band as confirmation (8:00-9:10a)
All participant vehicles must pass the Tech Inspection located on-site. Please have your car emptied (including floor mats), numbers applied, unlocked, hood open, and trunk open for the inspectors (begins at 8:00am, end at 9:00 am).
At this time, only registered drivers are allowed to attend the event due to capacity limits set by the City of Grand Prairie. Please do not bring non-driving, non-registered family members and guest at this time.
All participants are required to work during runs when they are not driving. The assignments will be posted on the van before the meetings.
8:30am followed by a course walk-through
It is MANDATORY to attend this meeting if this is your first time out with our club.
All drivers are REQUIRED to attend this meeting.
FIRST CAR ON COURSE:
Typically, we have 5 runs in the morning and 5 runs in the afternoon. 10 total runs per driver provided the schedule allows!
After the morning runs, we will take a 45-60 minute lunch break.
