** Registration will close 48 prior to the event to allow us to plan the day. We will open registration back up the night before if spots are available. There will be a late registration fee begining in January.

Event requirements
Tenants with a race license and/or a UMC instructor badge - You may bring guests with experience.

New for 2024 - Motorcycles are allowed! All motorcycles must participate in the Motorcycle Novice group first.
Guests restrictions:
- Paying guest, check the "Paying Guest" box and select the tenant that you are accompanying from the drop down box. If you need a helmet check the helmet box, and select a size from the drop down box. Motorcycle helmets are not available for rent at this time.
- Guest redeeming vouchers, check the "Voucher Guest" box and select the tenant that you are accompanying from the drop down box. If you need a helmet check the helmet box, and select a size from the drop down box. Motorcycle helmets are not available for rent at this time.
The structure of LTD will change based on the time of year and number of registrations in each group.
* Please select the appropriate run group at check out.
Off Season Run Groups are as follows.
LTD 1 – Race Licensed Driver w/Race Car
LTD 2 – Advanced Driver w/Streetcar or Race Car
LTD 3 – Intermediate Driver w/Streetcar
LTD 4 – Open Wheel Cars
LTD 5 – Membership Group
LTD 6 – Novice – Only allowed on Novice Day.
LTD 7 – Motorcycle – NEW group!! Only allowed on Novice Day.
Safety Requirements for Cars and Drivers:
- Must have a valid Driver's License or learners permit
- Closed toe shoes. Fire rated shoes and socks are recommended.
- Fire suites are strongly encouraged
- Be smart when choosing fabrics! Synthetic fabrics melt at low temperatures even in the absence of direct flame.
- Helmet minumum rating of SA 2015. Motorcycle Helmets are NOT allowed in vehicles. We have helmets available to rent for $25
- Tow hooks are recommended. Most new vehicles come with tow hooks. They are generally in the trunk under a flap.
We use any means necessary to remove vehicles from the track or from damaging UMC property. **We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle.**
Safety Requirements for Motorcycles and Riders:
- Riders must have a valid motorcycle license.
- Full leather gear is required with boots and gloves.
- Full Face M helmet. Rental motorcycle helmets are not offered at this time.
- Chain covers.
