Join your fellow PCA Ladies for a fun and interactive four-course cooking and lunch experience!

This hands-on class is designed to be relaxed and social, with participants divided into small groups so everyone can help prepare a portion of the delicious menu. After cooking together, we’ll sit down to enjoy the meal we created — a perfect blend of learning, laughter, and great food.

COST: $115 Per Person

Registration:  Register before May 1.  Limited to 20 PCA-members.  Non-PCA members can registered after May 1 is space is available

Includes lunch, gratuity, house wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverage. Guests welcome. Bring containers for any left-overs.

• Caprese Bruschetta
• Four-Cheese & Herb Ravioli in Brown Butter and Sage Sauce
• Chicken Saltimbocca with Parmesan Polenta
• Seasonal Vegetables
• Italian Cheesecake Strudel

About Classic Cooking Academy

Founders Pascal and Donna Dionot opened Classic Cooking Academy in 2007 with the dedication to offer the best culinary education in the Valley of the Sun.
