KCR 2021 Autocross Event #9 & #10/HALLOWEENIE

Events 9 & 10/HALLOWEEEENIE! 

October 23rd and 24th

October 24th, Halloweeeenie! Dress up! Dress your car up! Make it a BIG DEEEEEALLLL!!! It's always a ton of fun! 

PLEASE READ THIS IN ITS ENTIRETY AS ALMOST ALL PROCESSES HAVE CHANGED!!

EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE
at the MCC Precision Driving Center
located just past the Great Plains ASPCA on E. Highway 78 
Independence Missouri. 

*We're not out of the woods yet on COVID - so use your best judgement.  If you are not vaccinated please give space to others.  If you are, no worries about the daily activities!  We do ask that only timing and scoring personnel be in the trailer, so no popping your head in to check on Mark Hill's last run.*

Pre-Registration Required. Payment secured at time of registration will be completed at the end of the event day. If you fail to cancel your registration through MSR in the event you cannot attend, YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED. You must cancel through MSR (not emailing me, that's not acceptable) so we know you won't be at the event and your work assignment can be replaced by someone who will be there that day. 

Registration check in will occur at the gate during waivers sign in, please have your license, proof of membership and registration email out. You will leave waivers/registration and go directly to TECH. From there you will park in your assigned grid spot given to you by the Chiefs of Registration and Workers the night before. 

$40 - 1 Day Entry

$80 - 2 Day Entry

$15-Weekend Membership if you are not a current SCCA member 

NO PAYMENT ONSITE!

Event Schedule Saturday And Sunday

Site opens at 7:00 am for heat 0 workers/set up. Onsite waivers/check in opens at 7:30 am. Please arrive on site no later than 8:30 to get registered/checked in so that you have plenty of time to tech your car, do a course walk, etc. Mandatory driver's meeting at 9:45. First car off approximately 10:15.  

Gates Open: 7:00 a.m.
Waivers/Check in: 7:30 a.m.
Tech: 7:30 a.m-9:30 a.m.
(bring completed annual tech form, none on site - see below for printable copy)
Drivers Meeting (Mandatory): 9:45 a.m.
First Car off: Approximately 10:15 a.m.

All classes will be ran by heat, run order determined based on event entry.

Junior Karts are currently suspended per the national office.
