About this event
Welcome to the final double header weekend of racing the 2013 IKF Region 7 Championship Series. Class champions will be determined after this event. Class champions will receive a custom driving suit as well as a championship jacket and trophy at our awards banquet in December.
We are changing the race format for this race only. Our championship race classes will run both races on Sunday with all points counting towards a single championship for each class. Trophies and points will be awarded in both races. The same tires must be used for both races for qualifying, heat races, and main events. The scheduled format for sunday is 2 rounds of practice followed by Qualify-Heat-Main for race #11 then Qualify-Heat-Main for race #12. Podiums for both races will be done at the conclusion of race #12 (approximately 5:30PM).
Saturday will be practice for the event and will run from 9AM until 5PM.
Our host club this month is the SoCal Sprinters Kart Club
The host club choice race will be Kid Kart Honda. We want to welcome all Honda Kid Karters to IKF. This class will race Sunday in the first race only and will be awarded trophies but no points.

Event requirements
You must be an IKF member in order to race the series. If you are not a member you can join now. Single event memberships are available for drivers who wish to only race this single event. At this event we will not be charging for Single event memberships, but the form must still be filled out and turned in at registration. Click here to find IKF forms. Note: New memberships for drivers under the age of 18 require a birth certificate and notarized minor's release. Single event memberships do not require a birth certifcate, or a notorized minor's release.
You must enter your IKF number and expiration date in your motorsports registration profile. Incomplete registrations will not be fully processed and will result in a longer wait time signing in at the event.
We will be using a reserved number pool for each class. Drivers who raced during the 2012 season will have the opportunity to claim their number by registering for this first event. Remaining numbers may be selected on a first come basis.

KT100 engines are allowed to be run in the KPV classes at a reduced weight. Refer to the IKF website for details
The Host Club Choice Class for this event is Kid Kart Club. To enter this race select the "Host Club Choice". The entry fee for this race is $80 and does not require or provide the series spec oil.
