Awards Presentation Program to begin after dinner (approximately 7:30 PM) followed by open cash bar social time till 10 PM.
If you are staying at the hotel on Friday and/or Saturday night you can make reservations at any time either by calling the hotel directly at 800-206-9339 and letting them know they are with the ICSCC Meeting and Banquet group or by clicking on the booking link below. You can also call Jessica on her direct line at (360)252-0976 and she will handle your reservations. I will work with them on some grace period since I am releasing this late but if you can make your reservations by 10/29/2022 to guarantee the group rate it would be helpful!

For those arriving early for the meetings, the Hospitality Suite will be available on November 11th from 6-10pm. Please confirm room location with the concierge.
As always there will be people formally dressed, people informally dressed, and everything in between - all are welcome!

Event requirements
Normal race terms apply, your card will be charged after the close date to accomodate any mistakes or additions. If you need assistance or wish to pay at the door simply let us know.
Registration through MotorSportReg will close November 6th at 11:00 pm so the hotel can prepare for the dinners. Contact Rick Bostrom, ICSCC President if you want to attend and it is past the closing date and we will do our best to accomodate you - we want to see as many of our friends as possible!
