New York Steak - Hand cut NW New York Steak broiled and topped with wild mushroom demi-glace

PNW Salmon - Pacific Northwest Salmon simply seared and topped with citrus butter

Polenta and Vegetables (Vegetarian) - Broiled garden vegetables on creamy soft polenta and sweet pepper coulis

Awards Presentation Program to begin after dinner (approximately 7:30 PM) followed by open cash bar social time till 10 PM.
If you wish to stay at the Hotel RL Olympia on Friday Nov 15th or Saturday Nov 16th please call for reservations @ (800) 733-5466 and tell them you are with the ICSCC group for a $103 nightly rate by 11/7/2019.
For those arriving early for the meetings, the Hospitality Suite will be available on November 15th from 6-10pm. Please confirm room location with the concierge.
