Please join HouSCCA Autocross for our annual Rookie School at Houtson Police Academy. Our rookie school is designed for beginner autocrossers, however, the school is open to anyone interested.
The entry cap for this event has been set at 28 entries to ensure proper student to instructor ratio.
Schedule:
7:00am: Gates Open
8:00am: Morning Lesson/Breakfast
9:00am: Driving Exercise Rotations
12:00pm: Learning Lunch Discussion (Lunch provided)
1:00pm: Afternoon Practice Course Runs
3:30pm: Closing Talk
We start with drivers and their instructors rotating through 4 different exercises: slalom, skid pad, braking points, and increasing/decreasing radius turns. After rotating through all 4 exercises, we debrief during lunch in our classroom area. After lunch, drivers rotate in groups driving through a practice course incorporating the elements practiced in the morning session.
PAYMENT WILL BE COLLECTED IMMEDIATELY UPON COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION.
If you are waitlisted - you will only be charged if you are moved into the event entry list.

| Event fees are as follows: SCCA Members online $100.00 Non-SCCA Members online $115.00 (includes weekend membership) |

If you are waitlisted - you will only be charged if you are moved into the event entry list.
Partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made prior to the close of registration!
