About this event
Instructor Registration for Tire Rack Street Survival school at Watkins Glen International
Note: This is for instructors only. Student registration is handled directly on the TRSS website: http://streetsurvival.org/school-schedule-registration/
A one-day course designed to teach teen drivers effective car control techniques in a safe environment. Students accompanied by an instructor drive their own cars (including everything, from 911's to pickups and family vans) in a variety of exercises, including emergency braking and lane change, figure-8, slalom, and a low-speed autocross-like course linking all the skills together. Students get to explore the limits of their vehicles and themselves, and come away from the experience as more confident and skilled drivers.
Breakfast, lunch, and a Street Survival instructor shirt are provided.
