About this event
Join us for a Poker Run on Saturday, October 10, to support our 2026 charity, the SPCA of Luzerne County, whose mission is to uplift our community by providing compassion, comfort, and care to domestic companion animals through education, advocacy, protection, and a shelter/adoption program. Core Goals
- Shelter and Care: Providing a safe place for unwanted, neglected, or abused animals.
- Adoptions: Finding permanent, caring homes for pets.
- Education: Teaching the public about animal welfare and proper care.
- Protection and Law Enforcement: Enforcing anti-cruelty laws to protect animals.
Through this event, we will raise funds for the SPCA ($25 per car) while supporting local businesses as we cruise through the Poconos. RT and Carol Horch have put together a fantastic route featuring a wonderful selection of stops to enjoy.
