Join us on track for the hottest race in America! The best seats in the house to see Vettle, Rosberg and Hamilton go head to head.

Volunteers for on-track work can register here until October 19th.

VOLUNTEER SPECIALTIES STILL AVAILABLE:

• Flag Marshals (includes all Corner Marshals, Communicators, Intervention Marshals)

If your specialty is not available let us know what it is and we can assign you to a similar post!

 

CAMPING:

Circuit of Americas is pleased to continue to offer free dry tent and RV camping at the events we staff. You will be on the grounds with a shower trailer and portalets. Please reserve your camping passes when you register.

 

GUEST PASSES:

As in previous years, we will allow workers to obtain a guest pass for those who are not working but accompanying them to the event. In 2015, we will implement a strict one (1) guest pass per worker policy, as has been the policy previously. The Elton John concert is also part of the guest experience so you and your ticket mate are welcome to attend the show after the event.

 

SWAG:

Everyone that comes and works will get a full goody bag of great COTA gear! We are also working on additional worker perks, so stay tuned for updates.

 

FOOD:

We offer breakfast, lunch, a few dinners and plenty of soda/water during the day. Let us know during the registration process if you have any dietary needs and we are happy to accommodate.

 

SCHEDULE (all times are tentative):

• Thursday, October 22nd - Worker Training and Registration BBQ  4pm – 8 pm
• Friday, October 23rd – HOT TRACK! – 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Saturday, October 24th – HOT TRACK! – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Sunday, October 25th – HOT TRACK! – 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
