Join us for AZPCA's largest local event of the year.

The Arizona Region of the Porsche Club of America invites you to participate in our 39th Annual Concours and Car Show October 28th and 29th. This year the venue is at Isabella's Kitchen at the Grayhawk Golf Club, 8623 East Thompson Peak Parkway, Scottsdale, AZ.

An entrant fee of $65.00 includes: ONE judged vehicle in the Concours, ONE T-Shirt, Friday Welcome Dinner with two drink tickets, Saturday morning Breakfast, Box Lunch and a Goodie bag. Cars entered in Display (non-judged) will be charged $45.00, but all the above is included. Additional car entries (e.g., a second family member's car) may be added during registration in the "Concours" category for $45.00.

A guest fee of $35.00 includes: Friday Welcome Dinner with two drink tickets, Saturday morning breakfast and lunch.

The Saturday evening Awards Banquet is $65.00 per person. Menu selection descriptions are found on the registration page. All meal selections are the same price.

You may purchase additional T-Shirts or Polo Shirts through the "Additional Shirts" section during registration.

You may choose from One person, Two person or Custom packages during the registration process.

If you do not want to enter a vehicle but would like to attend the Social Events or order a Commemorative T-Shirt, use the Custom package.

October 28 - The Friday Welcome Dinner begins at 6:00 PM and will be held at Isabella's Kitchen on the Patio. Each entrant and paid guest will be able to choose from: Appetizers, Pizza and Bruschetta. Import and Domestic Beer, House Wines, Soda and Bottled Water are available. 

October 29 - Saturday morning; Concours check-in at Isabella's Kitchen, car placement begins at 7:00 AM, judging starts at 10:00 AM. 

October 29 - The Saturday evening Concours Awards Banquet will be held across the street from Isabella's at the Grayhawk Golf Club in the Fairway House, from 6:00 – 10:00 PM. A reception with cash bar begins at 6:00 PM, dinner served at 7:00 PM followed by the presentation of awards.  

Our charity partner this year is the Disabled American Veterans Department of Arizona (www.azdav.com). Help us give back to our disabled veterans by participating in the 50/50 split and silent auctions at the Saturday banquet. The Disabled American Veterans Department of Arizona is a very highly rated organization; greater than 95% of the donations will go to veterans and stay in the state of Arizona.

We encourage you to register early online before the October 24th closing date. 

Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains has blocked off 10 rooms for Friday night Oct. 28 and Saturday night Oct. 29 and may be reserved for $179/night + tax no resort fee. This is quite a savings over the normal rate. To receive this special rate you must book the room no later than September 30. Reservations can be made by phone by calling 480-502-3836 and mentioning the Arizona Porsche Club Flight 39 Room Block.

Event requirements

You must be a member of the Porsche Club of America to attend this event. If you are not a member, you can join online at http://pca.org. Your PCA member number will be required during Registration.

Registration for AZPCA Flight 39 opens at 9:00 AM Friday, September 2, 2015 and closes at 9:00 AM on Monday, October 24, 2016. Your registration status will be confirmed by email. Payment is by credit card only and will be billed at the close of registration. For ease of use, you may cancel or change your Flight 39 registration selections up to close of registration.

  1. Complete your personal and car information during the MotorsportReg.com login process (you can log in with the same account that you may have used previously).
  2. Select the one person or two person package, or create your own custom package
  3. After selecting a package, select "Social Events" to sign up for the Saturday evening Awards Banquet.
  4. If you do not want to enter a vehicle but would like to attend the Social Events or order a Commemorative T-Shirt, use the Custom package.
  5. Choose the event that you would like to enter your car(s) into, such as Concours, Display, etc.
  6. Select your special commemorative shirt(s) during registration if you're purchasing a package.
  7. Additional Flight 39 shirts can be ordered during the registration process. It does not matter which package you choose.
  8. Pay for and submit your registration with a major credit card in one easy step, and you're done!
