Roadrunner Region PCA had so much fun at last year's Fall Foliage that we're planning another one this year. Greg Ralph, Club member and Toursim Director, has informed us that this year our dates coincide with Angel Fire's Oktoberfest celebration. Won't it be fun to have our German Porsches front and center as part of the community's events?  We have invited our fellow PCA regions from Zone 9, and our special friends from Dallas Fort Worth, the Mavericks, to join us this year. We will again stay at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort, with a discounted room rate.  We will arrive Friday evening, enjoy drinks & dinner at the the new Whatville event center, a whimsical venue with found-art creations. Check it our at https://www.whatvillenm.com/  To get to know each other, we will have an inter-regional trivia quiz.  The rest of the weekend will include a touring drive to Cimarron for lunch at the historic St. James Hotel. Join us for a Porsche Parade and Concours for the Angel Fire community at the Mountain View Events Center, where there will be a lively celebration of Oktoberfest. Costumes are encouraged, if you're so inclined. You will receive a list of restaurants in town for Saturday night dinner. If you want to go to Elements, Angel Fire Country Club, make your reservations early. They will fill up. Sunday morning, we'll be recommending an alternative route home through Mora for Roadrunners.
