Join us as we celebrate another great year of drives, events, Porsches, and friendships at the 2026 Roadrunner Region Holiday Luncheon - where the only thing shinier than the Christmas decorations will be the Porsches in the parking lot!

Registration opens October 17th. 

My Head Elf has reminded me that registration closes promptly at 12:00 noon on December 3rd. Even Santa can't convince the kitchen to prepare extra meals after that!

Attendance is limited to 120 guests, so don't wait too long before securing your seat.

Each Roadrunner Region member may register one additional guest. (Santa also wanted everyone to know that while guests are always welcome, non-member guests are not eligible for prize drawings. The elves insist it's only fair!)

A Cash Bar will be available from 11:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

The buffet will be served from 12:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.

The North Pole elves strongly encourage everyone to register through MotorSportreg.com, as it's our preferred registration system for most all Roadrunner Region events.

If you don't yet have an account, now is a great time to create one.

🚗 Santa's Preferred Porsche Parking   -    Even Rudolph was impressed with the parking arrangements!

Complimentary parking will be provided in a special access-controlled covered parking area reserved exclusively for Roadrunner Region Members.

The parking area is located east of the hotel entrance beneath the large solar panel structures.

A parking attendant will be available from 11:00 a.m. until Noon to guide everyone into our reserved area.

❤️ Santa's Season of Giving

Christmas is about more than presents—it's about the joy of giving and making a difference in the lives of others!

This year, the Roadrunner Region Board is proud to announce that the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program has been selected as our holiday charity.

We encourage everyone to share in the spirit of the season by bringing a new, unwrapped children's toy to the Holiday Luncheon. For those who prefer to make a monetary contribution, a donation jar will also be available.

Thanks to your generous support of our 50/50 raffles and silent auctions throughout the year, the Roadrunner Region has also collected funds that will be presented to Toys for Tots during our holiday celebration.

Together, we can help make Christmas a little brighter for children in need! Thank you for your generosity and for helping spread the magic of the holiday season.
