Fall Feast - All the Track Time You Can Eat at VIR

Join us at Virginia International Raceway's Full Course for Racers, Time Trial drivers, Instructors, ADVANCED HPDE drivers, Experienced Club Members are welcome only on October 2nd  from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Limited enrollment  to allow maximum track time. Two Run Groups in morning before lunch hour, open track after lunch hour. Groups are Blue (passing with point by), Red (open passing, no point by's). Get up to 6.5 hours of track time! All the track time you can eat.

All proceeds from the  50/50 raffle will go to the AMERICAN BREAST CANCER SOCIETY 

Arrival: Drivers may arrive on the evening of Thursday October 1st at 5:30pm.

Tech/Registration will be available Thursday evening 6:30PM-7:30PM and Friday 7:15AM-9AM

Dinning: The Pagoda Grill will be open for Breakfast and Lunch on Oct 2nd.

Thursday October 1st

5:30 PM      Gates open for those participating on Oct 2nd

6:30 PM      Tech and Registration Open at the Tech Table

7:30 PM      Tech and Registration Close

Friday October 2nd

7:15 AM                    Tech and Registration Opens and Selling of 50/50 raffle tickets

8:00 AM                     All hands meeting on PA 

8:30 AM                     Warm up for all drivers. No passing first TWO laps then pass with point by.

9:00 AM -9:45 AM     Run Group 1 (Blue) , pass with point by's 

9:45 AM-10:30 AM    Run Group 2 (Red) , open passing no point by needed

10:30 AM-11:15 AM   Run Group 1 (Blue) , pass with point by

11:15 AM-12:00 PM   Run Group 2 (Red) , open passing no point by needed

12:00 PM-1:00 PM     LUNCH

12:45PM-1:00 PM      50/50 raffle winner announcement, donations to be  given to AMERICAN BREAST CANCER SOCIETY

1:00 PM                      Open Track for all drivers  OPEN PASSING

5:30  PM                     Open Track session ends

7:00  PM                     All participants must exit facility

Registration $595.00 up to 6.5 hours of run time!
