Eurasia Cup Road Race Series - Presents Vintage on the Prairie August 24, 25
Sign up now to enjoy the first Eurasia Cup Series Race on the new full course on Castrol Raceway's Road Course. This will be first Vintage on the Parieis event at Castrol with a nuber of special events for Vintage Car racers planned together by the NASCC and Calgary Vintage Racing Club.
Open Wheel drivers, this will be your second chance to race at Castrol, but this time on the brand new full course.
Closed Wheel racers, after two tries at setting the Castrol Raceway track record you get to wipe the slate clean and set new records on the long course!
The Full course track rental fee is 50% again higher than the short course rental fee was, and the rates are much higher than past tracks. We have had to set the primary race registration fee at $430 per driver in order to cover increased costs. This rate was discussed at the Podium session on July 14 with the drivers in attendance, and is slightly higher than the $400 we had originally estimated for the long course.
Available race classes & run groups:
Open Wheel run group - we need at least 8 entries to make this run group viable
Vintage (run group and class) - Come out for Vintage on the Prairies your only chance this season to race the long course at Castrol Raceway!
Closed Wheel run group - with the full track available we will be most likely be back to a single run group of closed wheel cars
