End of Year Work Party-Oct. 15

Work party tasks will include:

• Garbage collection around the circuit and paddock
• Winterizing bathrooms
• Winterizing golf cart, mower and tractor
• Closing in BBQ shack with tarps
• Removal of start lights and smart board
• Collection of trolley cart bollards
• Collection and storage of track barriers
• Perimeter & pre-grid fence inspection and repairs
• Gate maintenance
• ATCO building tidying
• Filling track cracks
• Construct a warm area in the bottom race control can for winter storage
• Whatever else Bryan deems necessary ;-)
