New to the Schonesland calendar in 2023 is the Drive to the Brucemore Estate in Cedar Rapids.
This is a day drive that will start from the Kwik Star in Altoona (2030 21st Street NW) and conclude at the end of your self guided tour of the Brucemore Estate in Cedar Rapids. We will drive the back roads from Altoona to Cedar Rapids for lunch at the Black Sheep restaurant. After lunch we will drive to and then participate in a self guided tour of the Brucemore Estate just north of downtown Cedar Rapids.

About the tour to the Brucemore, there is a $12 per person admission fee that will be collected at registration. We have been given a sixty person limit on the number of people able to attend the tour. Please be at the Kwik Star at 2030 21st Street NW in Altoona by 7:45 to 8:00 to sign the PCA release form(s), we will have a driver's meeting at 8:15 with the first group leaving at 8:30.
Along with group leaders/sweepers we will be using the Ride with GPS app for navigation of the drive. The GPS directions will be sent to you at a later date.
