Let us tie you & your car together in a synchronized dance beyond your wildest dreams. Join us at Carolina Motorsports Park on June 1 and 2 for the best bargain in high performance driving education. Learn high speed driving and car control skills through classroom and in-car training from expert, experienced instructors. Bring your street car or track car, all makes and models welcome. No previous experience necessary. Friday, May 31, is an open track day for documented advanced drivers and instructors registered for the school on the weekend.
Event requirements
Experience levels for run groups:
A = Solo (with documented advanced driver status)
B = Experienced, instructor required
C = Limited experience, instructor required
D = Novice, instructor required
Lapping Day = Approval by CRMC Chief Instructor is required to participate. Advanced drivers, racers with Competition or Time Trials licenses or Instructors. You must be registered for the weekend school either as an approved instructor or approved advanced driver to participate on Friday.
Instructors = Upon presentation of proper credentials and approval of the CRMC Chief Instructor.
Students age 16 & 17 must have a valid driver's license from their state of residence and must have parental approval.
Active duty military and high school/college students registering for discounted rate must present current ID card at registration.
Helmets must meet the standards specified on the helmet certification form (available on-line at http://www.ponytales.org/events/performance-driving-school.html ) as of the date of inspection.
Race or Time Trial vehicles must have their annual technical inspection from their sanctioning body (NASA, SCCA, PCA, etc) and a copy of their log book for inspection during tech.
