Join us for the novice school for the 2018 SCCA Colorado RallyCross season!
Event cost is $35
SCCA Weekend Membership cost for non SCCA members is $15
The basic format of the school:
8:00 – check-in at the registration table and get your car tech’d (required for all cars including instructor cars if they intend to drive them in the afternoon). Note: if your car is tech’d on Saturday you don’t have to be tech’d again for Sunday’s event unless you make changes to your setup.
8:30ish – drivers meeting (required for students and instructors)
9:00ish – guided novice walk around a real-deal course given by Kubo (instructors will hang back for an instructor meeting)
When the walk is finished – there will be a brief instructors meeting and then students will get a couple of whacks at the course they just walked
After said whackage is complete - the students and instructors will split into groups to attack various features designed to ramp up sweet rallycross XP. The groups will have adequate time on each feature before rotating on.
Noonish – break for lunch (make sure to pack something!).
1:00ish - students will have the opportunity to drive on the course again with our timing system tracking their times to show progress (said progress is virtually a certainty). Note: we generally let students have as many shots at the course as they want. It’s at this point instructors are encouraged to jump in their cars and join in the fun.
4:30ish – pack up, go home to wash off the dust, and get plenty of rest for the next day’s event!

Credit cards will not be charged until after the event and no shows will not be charged in case you can't make it. If you wish to pay by check or cash for any reason, pre-reg and then let registration know at the event.
