About this event

The Allegheny Chapter BMWCCA Car Control Clinic

The Allegheny Chapter of the BMW CCA is hosting a car control clinic on Saturday, June 8 at Pittsburgh International Motorsports Complex in Wampum, PA.. Appropriate for novices and experienced drivers alike, this one-day event is geared to provide the basics of performance driving. After the event, you will be a safer, more competent driver on the streets. Working one-on-one with our Instructors, students rotate in small groups through various educational segments:

• Classroom

• Slalom

• Skid pad

• Threshold Braking

• Accident Avoidance

None of the segments involve timing or competition. Participants work one-on-one with their instructor at a pace appropriate for their experience and comfort level. Together, the segments improve your ability to look ahead, precisely place the vehicle, control weight transfer, steer with the throttle and brake effectively.

Save the date June 8, 2019 at Pittsburgh international Motorsports Complex located in Wampum, Pa. The Car Control Clinic participation fee is $95 including a box lunch and refreshments. Registration is through motorsportREG.com. The day of the event registration opens at 8:00 am.
