The Blue Ridge Region PCA has prepared a rally course of approximately 96 miles with an estimated drive time of about 2 1/2 hours +/-.
The rally will be approximately 96 miles through scenic Rockbridge, Bath, Highland, and Augusta Counties, ending in Staunton, Va. at the Cartorium for lunch. The Cartorium is a unique car club and car storage facility where one can view eclectic cars and other automobile memorabilia. We anticipate arriving at the finish line around 1pm with lunch to follow. After lunch, folks will be free to look around the Cartorium and then folks will be on their own for the remainder of the day. Rumors have it that members from the Shenandoah PCA and an Exotic Car Club will at Cartorium so there will some interesting people and vehicles to add to the fun day.
The rally will include a time component as well as a gimmick component where participants will have to answer questions along the route.
Awards will be given to the top three finishers based on driving time based on posted speed limits and score on best of quiz questions.
All cars are to arrive at the starting point by 10:00 AM with the first car off at 10:30 AM. Expect cars to be release every 2-3 minutes.
Starting Location: Virginia Horse Center, 487 Maury River Road, Lexington, Va.
Ending Location: Cartorium, Staunton, Va.

Each car must have at least two individuals. The first is, of course, the driver. The second is the navigator and is responsible for following and communicating the instructions, recording items per the instructions, and being an extra set of eyes ensuring safety. This event will take place on public roads, at posted speed limits, and in a safe manner.
All drivers, navigators, passengers, organizers, ... will be required to complete the: PCA Liability Release Waiver. Use of the electronic waiver (SpeedWaivers) is encouraged, however, paper waivers can be signed in-person at the starting point. Both parents of any participant under the age of 18 must complete and sign, in-person, the PCA Waiver for Minors.

Reminder - This event is held on pubic roads and must comply with all Virginia Driving Laws and posted signs.
