About this event
The BARC Ice Prix Of Ontario on February 8 - 9, 2014 is the fourth event in the 2014 CASC-OR Magnum Fine Printing Ice Race Championship.
We are going to use the online registration LIVE for one weekend, the BARC ice race weekend on February 8-9. The amount charged for the online registration will include all entry fees and Kinsmen's levies. There will be no additional cost to the competitor or the club for using the online registration - CASC-OR will be absorbing credit card processing fees for this event.
USE OF THE ONLINE REGISTRATION BY COMPETITORS IS OPTIONAL AND ALL THE USUAL MANUAL REGISTRATION PROCESSES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE TRACK TO THOSE WHO DO NOT WISH TO REGISTER AND PAY ONLINE.
USE OF THE ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL REQUIRE YOU TO PAY FOR YOUR ENTRY IN ADVANCE WITH A CREDIT CARD. You may not register online and then pay at registration at the track.
Refunds will be by CASC-OR policy and will be made back to the card used for payment no later than the close of the event - if any classes do not run, those entries will be automatically refunded.
At the track, there will be one "green" express registration line only for those who registered and paid online (and can present their CASC-OR photo licence). All other competitors will use the regular registration line.
The online registration will be available from
12 Noon Saturday, February 1
until
12 Midnight on Friday, February 7
After that time registration will be by the manual process, paper form and cash/cheque only at the track.

Event requirements
Registration will have a green "express" line set up for competitors who
- have completed all registration information and paid online
- possess a valid CASC-OR issued photo licence
This lane will require the least amount of time for entry processing since all entry information will have been verified, payment made, and annual waivers signed. Your licence number will be entered, your entry verified and your hand stamped, and you're on your way.
Entry fees paid online are processed immediately! You will receive an e-mail receipt when payment is processed.
ALL other competitors will be registered in the traditional "line up in the big line" fashion in the yellow line.
