About this event
The Tour & Rally Committee of PCA Chesapeake is celebrating with an encore of of our Baltimore County Fall Colors Tour. The encore edition of this scenic tour will take participants on the same Prettyboy Reservoir Route. We will start from Reisterstown, drive through some of Maryland’s most delightful roads, and conclude the event at the Hunt Valley Towne Centre.
Participation in the event will be limited to 20 cars, first come, first served. We will do our best to provide spots for all those on the waiting list, with time of registration being the key. So, if interested, sign up as soon as possible.
Participants must wear masks, observe social distancing, and best recommended practices per the CDC, state and county guidelines. By signing up for and joining any of our driving events, registrants acknowledge and assume all the risks in and full responsibility for their participation. Note that planned events are subject to change, postponement or cancellation for weather-related or other reasons.

Event requirements
Participants must be PCA members (in good standing) to participate in the Baltimore County Fall Colors Tour event. The parents or grandparents of minor participants must be present at the rally, and must complete a "Parental Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability" form. The minor participant must complete a "Minor's Assumption of Risk Acknowledgement" form. All participants must complete a “Waiver and Release of Liability" form. REQUIREMENTS
The below requirements must be met by each participant on the day of the event. Organizers will not have additional materials available on-site for participants who neglect to bring any of the below items.
A face mask must be worn by every participant when outside his or her car
Even when inside their cars, participants must wear face masks when talking to a rally master or rally marshal through their open windows.
Printed waiver. Participants are responsible for printing the waiver prior to the event.
NOTE: Not meeting or having any of the above requirements will result in disqualification.
