A September to Remember!
Come back! Back to school...driving school like you always wanted. Plenty of laps, and no detention!!
AMR welcomes drivers of all makes and experience - you do not need to be a member of PCA to come drive with us! Just pass tech (tech form below), and you're IN! Each day has 4 sessions: two 25-minute sessions and two 20-minute sessions for a total of 90 minutes drive time PER DAY!
Novice drivers are required to attend ground school (offered on Saturday only). All drivers are welcome and encouraged to attend the classroom , too... plus it's air-conditioned!
Drive Both days of the HPDE: $385
Drive either day of the HPDE: $295
*If you are a novice driver and HAVE NOT attended either an AMR or RMR PCA-sponsored ground School (i.e., classroom), we encourage you to register for BOTH days; however, if you want to choose a one-day option, you'll need to choose Saturday. If 2 novices are sharing a car, and you both want to drive, you will each need to register and sign up as one-day drivers (on opposite days). You'll both attend the classroom on Saturday; one can drive on Saturday and one on Sunday. AMR does not offer classroom instruction on Sunday.
Join us for Dinner at the Track! Save making a reservation and enjoy dinner at the track. Dinner will feature Gosar Ranch Natural Foods, with sausage cooked to order on their mesquite grill, served on a toasted bun with all the toppings (lemon garlic aioli, stone-ground mustard, and pickled red onion), along with 2 sides: PCA Racer Cole Slaw and ranch beans. All this plus the camaraderie of your track friends for $20. This will be collected at registration. Exact change is appreciated.
(Non-driving friends are welcome to join too - please account for them when you register). Dinner at the track you + friend = 2

Event requirements
Safety Inspection/Tech Inspection
It is the responsibility of all drivers to present a vehicle that is safe to operate in high-performance driving situations and is in sound mechanical condition. All registered vehicles MUST PASS PCA/AMR/RMR Tech Inspection before attendance. Cars need to be inspected by a regionally approved person or shop (generally a free service). At registration, each driver must present a completed PCA Tech Inspection Form, either a 2025 120-day Tech Inspection Form, (30-day Tech Inspection form is also acceptable), signed by an approved shop/person. Self-tech is not permitted. If you are a newer participant to HPDE or participate in other track activities, the 30-day Tech Inspection form is highly recommended. If the 120-day form is being used, the driver is responsible for bringing the original copy to Registration, as well as a completed 3rd page. We have 3rd pages for drivers to complete that only have the original inspection
form.
There is NO TECH INSPECTION AT THE TRACK
IMPORTANT: When using the 120-day form, please check tires and brake pad thickness - many drivers have chosen to end their weekend early due to insufficient brake pad thickness and or corded tires. This especially applies if you have driven multiple times/events since the initial inspection.
AMR TECH INSPECTION FORM **Note: 120-day Tech Inspections must have been completed on or after May 15th, 2026. Any earlier date is no longer valid.
Drivers who do not have either the original 120-day or 30-day Tech Inspection form will not be allowed to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS
Drivers must be at least 18 years of age, with a valid Driver's License. Long pants and short or long sleeve shirts and closed toe shoes are acceptable. For full rules and requirements, please read the Drivers Info Sheet (attached above) /
