PLEASE READ OVER THE ENTIRE EVENT WRITE-UP, there is lots of info here that will help you with registration. 

Registration: Check-in will be done when coming through the gate in the morning. If you need to make any changes to your registration afterward please see the Registrar at the Driver's Meeting.

Directions On Base:  Everyone must enter through the Main Gate.  The Guards will likely give you a placard for the Autox.  On the back of that is a map to the event site.  Just in case, once on base continue on the main road until you pass the flightline (hard to miss no trees speed limit picks up and there is a sign).  Just past flightline there is a stop light, turn right and it is your last right just after Duffy Road and before the T intersection at end of the road.  There is usually a sign at the stoplight and just before the turn in to the flight line that say AUTO-X and an arrow.

Non-Drivers: Sign up as Non Driver Status on the checkout page.  Cherry Point does not care how you are participating in the event, they want the same information.  This information is collected through our registration system so that is why you sign up to be on site, the way you do.  There is NO fee associated with the Non Driver Status, and it is free.

Speed Limits: Speed Limits are strictly enforced on base! 35 mph limit means 35 mph. Please do not exceed any posted speed limits or you will be ticketed by an MP. 

Online pre-registration for SCCA members and non-members without base access will close on June 18th at Midnight. This is to ensure that the information needed for processing onto base is given to base officials with time to spare. Once registration has closed we will not be able to add your name and information to the registration list.  We collect online payment information but do not charge for the event until the morning of the event.  This means there is no charge to register until you show up to drive.  If you are even thinking of attending the event we recommend that you pre-register to get your name on the list.  To guarantee your spot, Pre-register! We cannot guarantee access to base if we do not have your information in time.

Tech: Tech inspections will be done in the grid. Please have your vehicle ready for tech before coming to the grid including having your numbers and class on your vehicle.

Saturday, July 18th:

7:30 am: Gates open, On-site Check-In and waivers will be at the gate

8:00 am: Tech Inspection open.

9:00 am: Check-In & Tech close

9:30 am: Mandatory Driver’s Meeting

10:00 am: First car off

Sunday, July 19th:

Entry Fee:  Online Credit Card Payment Required but will not be charged until event.  No Shows will not be charged.

Fees: +$10 Day of Registration/Payment fee

• Drivers (cars) must be 16 years of age and hold a valid drivers license. Drivers under 18 years of age must bring a signed SCCA minor waiver. All vehicles must pass a technical inspection and helmets must be SNELL 2010 or newer. Loaner helmets are available.
• Car Numbers are limited to 1-199 with no leading zeros. Numbers/Class Letters will not be provided by NCR. Contrasting colors of tape are allowed, if they are legible.  Ex: Blue tape on a blue car will not be accepted.
• We are running current SCCA Solo Rules and National Solo classes. There is a Maximum of 2 drivers per open class, and 2 drivers per ladies class, per car.  
• Minimum of 4-runs per day of competition.
• All participants must sign a SCCA Release and Waiver form onsite.

• Minors (under age 18) MUST complete both the Annual Waiver Minor and Annual Waiver Minor Parental Consent forms Online before the event. To access the waivers BOTH parents and the minor must each sign into my.scca.com (Non-SCCA members can create free guest accounts). Once logged in go to the Online Store and under “Licenses and Waivers” are the Annual Waiver Minor and Annual Waiver Minor Parental Consent. Once BOTH parents and the minor have each filled out the forms please email the registrar (ncraxreg@gmail.com) so we can confirm the waivers are approved and insure there will be no issue the day of the event.

  
  The SCCA wants the minor waivers filled out online but we will have paper copies available at the event. BOTH parents must attend the event to sign the waivers

You will not be charged until the event, therefore please sign up and encourage others to do so.  You will not be charged unless you show up and check in to drive.
