Audi Club - Coastal Tour 2024, hosted by Audi Club Carolinas, will take place Friday morning, March 22nd - Sunday afternoon, March 24th, 2024.
Coastal Tour activities will start on Thursday Night / Friday Morning in New Bern, NC (Marriott-Springhill Suites Hotel in New Bern, NC), then traveling to Atlantic Beach, NC to the Hilton DoubleTree Oceanfront Hotel in Atlantic Beach, NC.
Join us as we explore what the Crystal Coast of North Carolina has to offer. This year’s event is limited to 30 Hotel Rooms (For this event, your guest may bring a second car), so register as soon as possible to assure your spot. This will be a relaxing, family friendly weekend, scenic driving style only, enjoying the sights and beaches, so please bring your spouse and children. Coastal Tour Event sign-in begins Thursday afternoon with activities starting Friday morning, March 22nd at 8:00 AM. Activities will kick off Friday morning in New Bern for a tour of Tryon Palace and Historic Downtown New Bern, including the NC History and Pepsi Museums.
Friday afternoon, we will be leaving New Bern for Atlantic Beach around 3:00 PM. Friday evening's group dinner will be at the DoubleTree Atlantic Beach Oceanfront Beach hotel. Saturday morning, we will depart our hotel in two groups and travel to Fort Macon State Park and then cruise to Beaufort for a visit at the NC Maritime Museum. After lunch, enjoy a walk on the beauitful Beaufort Riverfront area and visit shops and local historic venues or take a short ride to Harker's Island before heading back to Atlantic Beach. Later Saturday evening, join your Audi friends for a group banquet back at the DoubleTree, Atlantic Beach hotel. Sunday morning, we will have a private morning Brunch before departing. An optional NC Aquarium- At Pine Knoll Shores visit will be offered. You can obtain tickets directly from the NC Aquarium site or by selecting the optional Aquarium visit on Sunday at $13/ person.
Cost to register is $195 per person for Audi Club Member.
The cost for kid’s age 0-5: FREE Kids age: 6-11 is $95 per child.

Event requirements
We must make sure the Audi Carolinas Coastal Tour 2024 is a safe event that conforms to current Covid-19 safety protocols, Audi Club protocols and if you do not chose to follow these rules, you will not be allowed to attend or participate this event. Due to COVID-19 concerns, Waivers for an event should be signed electronically prior to the event. All participants 18 years of age or older must sign the waivers which are only good for this event. If a member signed up a guest using his or her e-mail address for the guest, please make sure that the guest signs the waivers. Both of these waivers (Event and COVID) must be e-signed before participating in this event. In all cases, you must complete the process on your own mobile device and are issued a photo credential.
You must register anyone under age 18 as a child for waivers.
